With Rexel Express, a robotic system capable of preparing 20,000 products in just minutes, the company places speed and efficiency at the heart of its customer service.

✅ Securing deliveries through a rigorous process: photos of equipment before departure, journey tracking, signature upon receipt, and automatic confirmation.
✅ Integration of new services such as “My Express Water Heater”, facilitating both delivery and collection of old equipment.
✅ Implementation of ecological transport modes, reducing the carbon footprint of deliveries.
