Delete Sherpas Account and Data

Sherpas is a mobile application published by Steedy, available on Google Play under the name Sherpas (package ID io.everest.sherpas). This page allows users of the application to request the deletion of their account and personal data, in accordance with GDPR and Google Play requirements.

Data that will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following items are permanently removed from our servers:

  • Profile information (first name, last name, email, picture)
  • Login credentials
  • Content created within the application
  • Preferences and settings
  • Activity history

Data that may be retained

To comply with our legal obligations (accounting, tax, fraud prevention), some data may be retained in anonymized or archived form for the legally required period (typically up to 5 years), after which it is permanently deleted.

Processing time

Your request is processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
